RV Park

Halesford Harbour RV Park & Resort at Smith Mountain Lake is now open for both annual lease sites and limited short term camping.  The sites in Phase 1 of our project, are premier sites, all with incredible lakefront views with close access to the water.  Included on each site are permanent sewer connections, potable water, 50 amp metered electrical service and wi-fi internet service.  Amenities include a newly constructed bath house facility with coin-operated laundry with ADA standards, swimming beach, and multiple recreational greenspace areas.  Future amenities will include walking trails, picnic areas, picnic pavilions, and many other family recreational opportunities.

RV sites are currently being leased annually with a new lease time start up date of May 1, 2015 and terminating April 30, 2016.  The RV Park offers 133 sites. Park model homes will be available for purchase to tenants directly through the resort.  Tenants interested in park model homes will be able to choose from a variety of models and floor plans to customize their desired unit.

Currently, and subject to change daily, annual sites available are: 108-112.

We are currently setting up park tours daily so please call Assistant General Manager Missy Heft at 540-798-3211 or General Manager Tom Buck at 540-798-8434 to schedule a resort tour.
